I am currently working on my Masters in Counselling Psychology. As such, I am an intern therapist and am deeply honoured to walk alongside my clients.

I believe that engaging in therapy requires strength and vulnerability; this is a sacred experience that I hold with gentleness, care, and awe. I believe that healing can be found through processing experiences, as well as being seen and understood.

 With my clients, I use an integrated approach of attachment theory, emotion-focused, internal family systems, with a systemic lens. I am flexible in my approach with my clients based on their needs and personhood.

 I believe we are all capable of the bravery that it requires to enter into therapy. I look forward to getting to know all my clients, in all their complexities.
