Erin Relland, Intern Counsellor

Hi and welcome—my name is Erin. I am a master’s-level counselling student currently completing my practicum and practicing under clinical supervision.

I bring a warm, curious, and genuinely caring presence to my work, grounded in a deep passion for connection and supporting others. I aim to help people recognize and draw upon their strengths as they explore personal growth and develop their well-being. With a background in education, I developed a strong appreciation for individuals’ resilience and the meaningful impact of being heard and understood within a safe, supportive environment. This continues to shape my belief in collaborative, empathic, and person-centered care.

I work collaboratively, recognizing you as the expert in your own life. You set the direction, while I offer guidance and support as you navigate your path and move toward what feels meaningful and sustainable for your well-being.

Outside of my work, I enjoy creative outlets such as painting, baking, and writing. In warmer months, you’ll often find me outdoors—camping by the ocean, walking with my dog, or spending time in the garden.
